Refund Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026 Last updated: September 1, 2026
This policy explains when we refund a payment for Hoppflow, and how to ask. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, whose section 7 governs subscriptions, fees and billing. Where the two differ, this policy applies to refunds.
1. Who takes your payment
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant and seller of record for every paid plan. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles any sales tax or VAT for your location. This is why the charge on your statement reads Paddle rather than Hoppflow.
Refunds are issued by Paddle at our instruction, back to the original payment method.
2. The 7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of the first paid charge on a workspace within 7 days of that charge, for any reason. You do not need to explain yourself.
- Ask from Billing in your workspace settings, or email support@hoppflow.com.
- We refund the charge in full.
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately and access to the workspace ends when the refund is issued, so export anything you need first.
- The guarantee applies once per workspace, and to the first paid charge only.
3. What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee is about giving Hoppflow a fair first try. It does not extend to:
- Renewals. Any charge after the first one on a workspace.
- Additional seats added to an existing subscription.
- Run packs, which are one-time purchases of extra usage. Purchased usage is valid for 12 months and is drawn on only after your plan's monthly allowance. Unused usage is not refundable.
- Enterprise agreements, which are governed by their own contract.
Outside the guarantee, and except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Cancelling does not trigger a refund of that period, because you keep the service you bought.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference is charged at that time. Paddle calculates the proration and shows the amount before you confirm it.
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is refunded at the point of downgrade, because you keep the larger plan until that date.
6. Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged twice for the same thing, or charged after cancelling, that is our error and we refund it in full regardless of the 7-day window. Email support@hoppflow.com with the invoice number from your Paddle receipt.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.
8. How long a refund takes
Once issued, a refund usually reaches your card or account within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Paddle emails you a confirmation when the refund is processed.
9. Contact
support@hoppflow.com for refunds and billing questions. legal@hoppflow.com for anything about this policy.
