Is there a free trial?
No, and no free plan either. Instead, every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Hoppflow does not earn its keep in your first week, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. No questions, no forms to jump through.
How do I get access?
Access is by waitlist. We onboard companies in waves and help each one get set up on their real work, so your first week actually delivers. You cannot self-serve sign up, the waitlist is the only way in.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Every plan includes the full product: all your agents, the company brain, cockpits, and all 120+ integrations. Pro raises the ceilings and adds your team: 5,000 AI runs instead of 1,000, 100 research runs instead of 25, 1,500 document ingests instead of 150, unlimited automations and cockpits instead of 10 and 5, the open MCP registry, 3 seats instead of 1, full roles and permissions, and 12 months of audit history.
Which integrations do I get?
All of them, on every plan. Connect all 120+ of your tools on Plus and Pro alike. Pro adds the open MCP registry so you can connect any MCP server, and Enterprise adds custom and private connectors.
How does billing work across workspaces?
Plans are per workspace. Each workspace carries its own subscription, so you can keep one company on Pro and run a side project on its own Plus workspace.
What counts as an AI run?
One completed agent execution, where an agent reads, reasons, and produces something. Automations themselves are free to run, and only the agent steps inside them are counted.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
AI pauses until the next reset, and we tell you in the moment. Nothing is charged. If you want to keep going, you can add a run pack or upgrade, your choice. You will never get a surprise bill: extra usage is only ever charged if you buy a pack yourself, or you switch on auto-refill with a monthly limit you set.
How do seats work?
Plus includes 1 seat and you can add more for $39 each per month. Pro includes 3 seats, then $49 each. You only pay for seats you actually invite.
Do you train on my data?
No. Your workspace data stays in your workspace, is never used for training, and never trains a shared model.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrade in one click at any time and the change applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and Enterprise agreements are custom.
