One workspace. One pool of Credits.

Free is 14 days, once per person: one person and 12,000 Credits for the whole period. Before starting Free, you choose Plus or Pro, the billing term and a card. The chosen plan is charged after the fourteen days unless you cancel first. You may explicitly choose to skip the free period and pay today.

One workspace shares one pool for manual AI asks and actions, research, recording and AI automation steps. Manual editor work and non-AI automation steps do not spend AI Credits. A Credit is a unit of usage, not cash, and different AI work uses different amounts.

Company brain sync, the briefing, weekly review, scheduled Industry Pulse and market refresh, nightly cockpit insights and setup are included without drawing on customer Credits. Plan document, automation, board, watched-topic and access limits still apply. Free has no watched topics or market refresh.

Plus is $99 monthly or $990 billed yearly; Pro is $299 monthly or $2,990 billed yearly. Yearly billing charges for ten months and grants Credits monthly, not all at once. Yearly plan Credits receive a 20% bonus: Plus 36,000 and Pro 144,000 each month, compared with 30,000 and 120,000 on monthly billing. Extra-person Credits receive no yearly bonus.

Plus includes 1 person. Each extra person is $39 monthly or $390 yearly and adds 5,000 Credits each month. Pro includes 3 people. Each extra person is $49 monthly or $490 yearly and adds 10,000 Credits each month. Plus and Pro support up to 100 people in total. Free is one person and cannot add another.

Plan Credits expire at the end of each Credit month and do not roll over, including on yearly billing. Purchased Credits expire 90 days after their grant. Plan Credits are used first unless purchased Credits expire before the plan resets, in which case those earlier-expiring purchased Credits are used first.

Credit packs are for owners of paid Plus or Pro workspaces. The approved packs are Top-up: $19 for 5,000 Credits; Boost: $49 for 15,000; Power Month: $99 for 35,000; and Big Month: $199 for 80,000. Pro receives 10% more: 5,500, 16,500, 38,500 and 88,000 respectively. Each pack expires after 90 days. Credits are granted only after completed payment is verified.

No. Auto-refill is off by default. It requires a workspace owner to explicitly enable and confirm the terms and a monthly cash limit. Choosing a pack does not authorize a charge.

Work that needs Credits pauses rather than charging you automatically. Included company-funded work does not consume that pool. A paid workspace owner may explicitly buy more Credits, or wait for the next monthly plan grant.

Cancel before the first post-Free charge and nothing is charged. Later cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Upgrades and added people require confirmation of the prorated charge and keep the billing boundary; only the paid difference receives additional Credits for the remaining time. Downgrades and removing paid people take effect at the next renewal. Yearly-to-monthly changes take effect at the next yearly renewal; monthly-to-yearly changes take effect at the next monthly renewal, when the yearly Credit bonus starts. Your current paid plan and its monthly Credit allowances continue until that boundary, with no mid-period cash refund. We do not sell your workspace content, and we never use Google Workspace data, including Gmail, to train, develop or improve generalized AI models. Hoppflow's AI features run on models from third-party providers, which receive only the content needed for the task you request and handle it under their terms with Hoppflow.
