This Cookie Notice explains how Hoppflow ("Hoppflow", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.hoppflow.com and in the Hoppflow application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Current status. Hoppflow is in pre-launch. Today this notice applies mainly to the website, where the only cookies and similar technologies in use are for analytics (loaded only if you accept) and your theme preference. The application cookies described below will apply once the Hoppflow application launches.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site or use an app. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and SDKs. We refer to all of these as "cookies".
Cookies can be "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (remain until they expire or you delete them), and "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by a provider we use).
2. Why we use cookies
- Strictly necessary: to sign you in, keep your session secure, remember your active workspace, balance load, and protect against fraud and abuse. The Services cannot work properly without these, so they do not require consent.
- Functional: to remember preferences such as theme and layout.
- Analytics and performance: to understand how the Services are used and to improve them (aggregate metrics), where enabled.
We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

As the Hoppflow application launches, it will also use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session security, and load balancing, and functional cookies to remember your active workspace. We will keep this list current.
4. Your choices
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Services.
- Google Analytics opt-out. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Consent banner. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies, and we do not load Google Analytics unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies and do not load Google Analytics.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Notice. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, request fresh consent.
